Doula Serving The South Jersey Area

The Woman Behind The Umbrella

Every story begins with a woman who chose to love a little deeper.

Hi! I'm Gina

I officially answered my calling to become a doula while pregnant with my fifth baby during one of the most transformative seasons of my life. Looking back, the calling was always there, quietly weaving its way through the threads of my own motherhood journey.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the way women care for one another, how they show up with casseroles, comforting words, and quiet strength. Somewhere along the way, we lost that rhythm. The village grew distant. And yet, every mother I’ve met still longs for it.

All In Motherhood was born from that ache and from a deep belief that love is the thread that binds us. My work as a doula is about helping mothers feel held, seen, and supported in the sacred (and sometimes messy) in-between moments of birth, postpartum, and everyday motherhood.

Through my offerings, birth and postpartum doula care, and my whimsical “Momma Pop-Ins”, I bring heart-centered, old-soul support to modern mothers. Whether I’m holding space in the birth room, folding laundry beside you, offering a listening ear, or reminding you that you were made for this it’s always with the same intention: to bring the village back home.

Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

With love and gratitude,
Gina DeAngelis

My Philosophy

Every life is sacred, and every voice matters. I believe in the sanctity of life and that every mother and baby deserve to be heard, respected, and supported.

A strong family foundation shapes everything. The strength of your relationships impacts your children, your well-being, and the future you’re building as a family.

Resilience and personal growth create true empowerment. Motherhood is a journey of transformation, and through faith, love, and community, we become the strongest versions of ourselves.

But I know firsthand that child birth and becoming a mom can feel overwhelming. Maybe you’ve been told you don’t have options. Maybe you're unsure where to start. Maybe past experiences left you feeling powerless. Or maybe your support circle isn't as strong as you would like.

Want to know a secret? It doesn’t have to be that way. ✨

In my own world...

I’m a South Jersey mama of five, forever fueled by fountain Coke, iced coffee, and a deep love for creating cozy, comforting spaces.

I grew up in Philadelphia, an alumna of St. Maria Goretti High School and Thomas Jefferson University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science and completed nursing school, yet never became a nurse, though life, love, and motherhood eventually called me in another direction.

As a middle schooler, I swore I wanted to grow up to be a nun, funny how life had other holy work in mind. Two decades later, I’ve found my sacred calling in motherhood and supporting other women through theirs, alongside my partner of 20 years (still not married, to everyone’s surprise!).

When I’m not walking alongside mamas through their next chapter, you can usually find me nesting at home, hunting soy candles at Marshalls, or cheering from the sidelines at one of my favorite little athletes’ baseball or football games.

I’m an old soul with a modern heart — the kind who wishes we still wrote handwritten notes, hung fresh laundry on the line, and shared real conversations around kitchen tables instead of screens.

Motherhood was my first teacher in healing and personal growth. It taught me to slow down, listen deeply, and find beauty in the ordinary. Those lessons now shape every part of my work, reminding every mother I meet that she’s not alone, she’s enough, and she’s doing beautifully.

“Because when one mother rises, we all rise.”

Frequently asked questions

Q: What inspired you to start All In Motherhood?

A: Honestly? I was in one of the heaviest seasons of transition.  Six months pregnant with number five. Packing up our home and starting over in a new one.  Needing to find new schools for our children and transitions incareers.  I started binging "Call the Midwife" as an escape and to distract myself from the emotions of it all.  Watching the show moved me to tears each episode and it's when I knew this was my calling.

What do you love most about doula work?

A: Watching moms grow and learn to trust—not just me, but themselves. Vulnerability is hard, especially in a world that tells us to hold it all together. But in that birth room, there’s a moment when a mom softens, surrenders, and fully leans on her support. That’s when I know without a doubt: this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

And spoiler alert? I love watching the dad’s face when his baby is born. That moment gets overlooked sometimes, but watching him fall in love in real time? It never gets old.

Q: Coffee or Tea?

A: Coffee. Iced. All year round. Bonus points if some else surprises me with one.

Q: What makes your support different from other helpers?

A: I’m not just checking boxes.  I've been a mom for 20 years, I've experienced burnout, and I had to be my own rock and pull myself out of postpartum mental health struggles more than once.  I've done it the hard way, and now I'm doing it by God's design. Through healing, therapy, boundaries, and doing the hard work.

Q: What's one thing you'd tell every mom?

A: You can't do this alone.  Reach out for help. Be the village, and it will grow your own. And mostly, partner with God in your motherhood journey and see the true potential in it all.

Q: Favorite form of self-care (besides alone time)?

A: Honestly? Reminding myself that I matter and working hard to pour into myself, no matter if it's getting my nails done, going out with the girls, and sometimes just going to bed early

Q: What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

A: I'm a total introvert. Quiet, like to take it all in, but once i feel comfortable my full personality comes out.  Oh- and i hate small talk.
